Career readiness is bigger than a résumé.
Relationships, judgment, communication and the ability to keep learning matter beyond getting an interview.

MEET CHRISTY BURNHAM
The transition from college to professional life comes with questions a degree alone doesn’t answer. Launching Her was created to make those conversations clearer.
Christy BurnhamFOUNDER, LAUNCHING HER
WHY LAUNCHING HER
After more than two decades working in business, data and analytics leadership, Christy saw talented young professionals enter the workplace with strong academic backgrounds but different levels of preparation for how professional life works.
Hiring, communication, relationships, feedback and workplace expectations can be hard to navigate when much of the useful knowledge is informal. Launching Her is built around making that knowledge more visible earlier.
The parent-facing approach reflects where many of these conversations already happen: at home, before an interview, after a disappointment or when a young woman is considering her next step. The goal is to equip parents to be better guides while their daughters build independence.
TWO SIDES OF THE CONVERSATION
Launching Her helps parents understand how to support the college-to-career transition. The First Five speaks directly to young women preparing for professional life and navigating their early career years.
