Who is Launching Her for?

Launching Her is primarily for parents supporting college women through the transition into professional life. It focuses on practical readiness and ways to guide without taking ownership away from the young woman.

What does career readiness mean here?

It means more than qualifying on paper: understanding how to communicate, build relationships, prepare for interviews, evaluate opportunities, ask for feedback and make thoughtful career decisions.

Is this job placement?

No. Launching Her focuses on career readiness and practical guidance. It does not guarantee interviews, jobs, promotions, compensation or other employer decisions.

Does this replace a college career center?

No. Colleges often provide valuable career services, alumni networks and campus opportunities. Launching Her is designed to complement those resources, not replace them.

How involved should a parent be?

Ask what kind of support she wants. Help her think, practice or review when invited, but let her contact employers, attend interviews and make decisions. Supporting independence is central to the approach.

What coaching can I explore?

The First 90 Days Career Success Intensive is the existing coaching option linked from this website. Current details, availability, fees and terms must be confirmed before booking. Other packages have not been configured here.
