Launching Her gives parents practical guidance for helping their daughters move from college into meaningful careers with confidence, practical skills, and a clear plan—consistent with the brand’s core mission and positioning.

Through articles, practical resources, community conversations, workshops, and career-development programming, Launching Her helps families better understand what career readiness looks like—and how to support a young woman without taking over her career.

Launching Her also connects families with The First Five, an intensive career-readiness experience designed to help young women develop the workplace intelligence, career strategy, financial understanding, and confidence that can shape their first five years after college.

Christy Burnham is a data, analytics, and business leader with more than two decades of experience working inside professional organizations and leading teams.

After years of hiring, mentoring, managing, and watching talented young professionals enter the workplace, she became increasingly interested in the gap between what students accomplish academically and what employers expect once they arrive.

She founded Launching Her to help families understand that transition—and to give young women access to practical career knowledge earlier.

Her perspective combines the experience of a corporate leader, hiring manager, entrepreneur, and parent with a focus on one question:

What does a young woman need to know now to give herself more options later?
