Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

Launching Her wants participants and families to feel confident in their decision to enroll. Because our programs include limited cohort capacity, advance planning, proprietary materials, and access to live programming, the following refund policy applies.

The First Five

Enrollment in The First Five reserves a participant’s place in the cohort.

Before the program begins:
A full refund may be requested up to 7 calendar days before the first scheduled cohort session.

Within the first 14 days of the program:
Participants who decide the program is not the right fit may request a 50% refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

After the first 14 days:
Program fees are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility is based on the program start date, not on the participant’s individual attendance. Missing sessions, choosing not to participate, receiving an internship or job offer, changes in a student’s academic schedule, or voluntarily leaving the program after the refund period do not create an entitlement to a refund.

Payment Plans

Selecting a payment plan is a method of paying the total program fee and does not create a month-to-month membership.

If a participant withdraws during an eligible refund period, remaining payments will be adjusted or canceled as appropriate based on the refund terms above.

After the 14-day refund period has ended, participants enrolled on a payment plan remain responsible for the full remaining program balance, even if they stop attending or participating.

Parent Purchases

A parent, guardian, or other individual may purchase The First Five on behalf of a participant.

Refund requests must be submitted by the person who made the original purchase. Any approved refund will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible.

Individual Consultations and Coaching

For individual consultations, parent briefings, coaching sessions, or similar appointment-based services:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Launching Her may make reasonable exceptions in the case of emergencies.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases of downloadable guides, templates, workbooks, assessments, or other digital resources are generally non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact Launching Her so we can correct the issue.

Duplicate purchases made in error may be refunded at Launching Her’s discretion.

If Launching Her Cancels a Program

If Launching Her cancels The First Five or another paid program and does not provide a comparable replacement or rescheduled program, participants will receive a refund for the portion of the program that was not provided.

A change in an individual session date, speaker, topic, facilitator, or program schedule does not constitute cancellation of the program.

Exceptional Circumstances

Launching Her understands that serious and unexpected circumstances can arise. Requests involving exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually, but submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

Any exception granted in one situation does not require Launching Her to grant the same exception in another situation.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the contact information provided at LaunchingHer.com.

Please include:

Participant name
Purchaser name
Email address used for enrollment
Program or service purchased
Reason for the request

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

Launching Her may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
